Production Scheduling Last updated 2024/05/15

This screen allows user create Production Schedule/ Sub assembly schedule from Production Package in Production Scheduling.

In order to access, user navigate to menu Production=>Production Management=> Production Scheduling.

 

 

1. SEARCH PACKAGE GROUP

To search data, user fill some criteria as:

  1. Date: Choose date the Package Group to view data.
  2. Factory: Choose the Factory need to view data.
  3. Search: Press SEARCH button to show data.
  4. Can see all the Packages Group (AO No, Style Code, Style Size, Plan Start, Plan Finish…)

 

 

2. ADD MES PACKAGE (MES –MPS)

To create MES PP, user fill some criteria as:         

  1. Click on MES & SUB button.

 

 

 

  1. AOMTOP: Choose module AOMTOP to the system get data from AOMTOP.
  2. Choose date, buyer, production package which need to create MES PP.
  3. Search: Press SEARCH button to show data.
  4. Can see all the Production Packages. Choose one or more PP which need to create MES PP and right click => Create Production Schedule.

 

 

 

  

6. LINE NO: Choose line to make the Package (can choose multi Lines).

7. Per Target Qty: It’s the target per package for the chosen line => User can change the value in here but must less than the total package quantity

8. Start Date: Choose start date for the Package => Click CREATE.

 

 

 

          9. Can see MES PP in MES Packages since press CREATE button.

        10. SAVE: press SAVE button to save data.

 

 

 

 

     11. Press search button to view Package Group and see MES PP which created.

 

 

Note: If user want to delete any MES PP, user can choose the MES PP at MES Schedules and right click => delete => choose delete => save.

 

3. CREATE SUB ASSEMBLY SCHEDULE

To create sub assembly schedule, user fill some criteria as:

  1. Click on MES & SUB button.

 

 

2. AOMTOP: Choose module AOMTOP to the system get data from AOMTOP.

3. Choose date, factory, buyer, production package which need to create SUB MES PP.

4. Search: Press SEARCH button to show data.

5. Can see all the Production Packages. User will choose one or more PP which need to create SUB assembly schedule and right click => Create Sub assembly schedule

 

 

 

6. Module: Choose module.

7. LINE NO: Choose line to make the Package (can choose multi Lines).

8. Start Date: Choose start date for the Sub assembly schedule => Click CREATE.

 

 

 

9. Can see SUB MES Package in MES Schedules since press CREATE button.

10. SAVE: press SAVE button to save data.

 

 

 

11.  Press search button to view Sub assembly schedule which created.

 

 

REGISTERING PLAN FOR SUB PACKAGE ON PACKAGE OPERATION PLAN-V3

To registering plan, user navigate to menu Production=> Production Management=> Operation Plan and fill some criteria as:

  1. SEARCH: Press search to view data.
  2. Choose line which need to register plan.
  3. Choose a SUB Package to register plan.
  4. Choose Register Plan to create operation plan.

 

5. Can see screen operation plan but don’t have data (User will know how to create MES operation plan on OPS system as below)

 

 

 

6. Can see line MES in here which get data from OPS system since user created MES operation plan on OPS system and choose it.

7. Register: Press register plan to create plan.

 

 

8. Choose a SUB Package to view data which created operation plan.

9. Can see all the layout which get data from OPS system (MES Operation Layout).

10. DELETE PLAN: press delete plan button if want to change it.

 

 

 

Copy/Register new MES Operation Plan on OPS V3 system

This step is pre-require for Register plan on MES system:

 

  1. Search Style code No
  2. Choose line which need to create MES.
  3. Click to Add.
  4. Paste Style Code in column Style.
  5. Search to view data.
  6. Choose line have Style code, Style size, Color, Rev no which need to register
  7. Choose line have Style code, Style size, Color, Rev no which need to register
  8. Target edition choose MES.
  9. Choose the factory which the factory need to register.
  10.  Press register button to create MES line.
  11.  Can see the data (MES edition) and confirmed MES edition before register plan on MES system.

 

 

 

IoT Scanning: User can see SUB Package on mobile app and process scanning.

 

 

 

4. EDIT MES PP

To edit MES PP, user fill some criteria as:

  1. SEARCH: Press Search button to view data.
  2. Choose the Group/MPS with the package need to edit.
  3. Choose MES PP and press Edit button to edit.

 

 

4. Choose date, factory, buyer and search to find the package.     

5. Can delete MES package and create new MES package.

6. SAVE: save the data after finished edit.

 

 

5. Request materials.

Purpose:

To request materials from MES to WMS just in time.

To be able to track the materials consumption for production.

To send materials request to WMS from Package Group or MES Package.

Preconditions: MES Package group/ MES Package are created and confirmed.

5.1 Request materials from Production Scheduling

How to use: Click here

1. Access the Production Scheduling menu

2. At Package Group or MES Package section, column RM Stock, click “Check Stock”

3. At pop-up window, click (+) icon at the required Item code, to expand the available quantity by supplier.

4. Input the request quantity, click “Pin” to send the request to WMS.

5. Click (+) button to see the detail of Supplier Code

6. The system will display a success notification and the status will change to “Pinned”

5.2 Request materials from MES Calendar

How to use: Click here

1. Access the MES Calendar menu.

2. Double-click on the MES package.

3, At the pop-up window, click (+) icon at the required Item code, to expand the available quantity by a supplier.

4. Input the request quantity, and click “Pin” to send the request to WMS.

5. Click (+) button to see the details of the Supplier Code

6. The system will display a success notification and the status will change to “Pinned”
