Defect Codes Last updated 2023/11/07

In order to report defect in production, we need define the defect code. It help us clarify and group too many defect to a list of code and category.          

To access this feature, user navigate to menu Quality =>Defect Codes.

Basically, defect code grouped by Category.  At this screen, user choose category (1) to see list child defect codes.
