Efficiency Dashboard Last updated 2023/11/08

This screen measures the working time of machines, Efficiency (%), Cycle Time (sec) of each package.

Efficiency (%) =  MC RUN TIME/ACTIVE TIME*100

Cycle Time (sec) = MC RUN TIME/OUTPUT

User access this feature by menu Dashboards => Efficiency => Efficiency Dashboard.

 

 

 

To view data, user fill some criteria as:

  1. Choose the Factory which want to view.
  2. Date: choose working date.
  3. Choose MES Packages line which want to view.

Data will display detail with some information as:

  • Motor time (red): Machines working time.
  • MC run time (green): Pending plus machines working time.
  • Power time (blue):    Time to turn on the machine.
